These terms govern the use of Kalamatasoftware.com control algorithms, PID tuning loops, and safety interlocking systems for hydraulic forging presses and stamping machinery. By accessing our software, you accept these conditions.
Kalamatasoftware provides logic sequences, proportional-integral-derivative (PID) tuning loops, and safety interlocking systems designed for high-pressure automated hydraulic forging presses and stamping machinery. Our software is delivered as a licensed digital product, not as physical hardware or on-site installation services.
You must ensure that your machinery and control environment meet the minimum system requirements specified in the documentation. You are responsible for validating the software against your specific press model and safety standards before production use. Any modification to the delivered algorithms voids the warranty.
Kalamatasoftware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the control algorithms, including but not limited to equipment damage, production downtime, or personal injury. Our total liability is limited to the license fee paid for the specific software module.
All algorithms, source code, documentation, and related materials remain the exclusive property of Kalamatasoftware. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software solely for your internal forging and stamping operations. Reverse engineering, redistribution, or sublicensing is prohibited.
We may terminate your license immediately if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies. Sections on limitation of liability, intellectual property, and governing law survive termination.
We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For legal inquiries, contact us at 88, Pranay Villas, AadishGunj or email info@kalamatasoftware.com.
